I'm back... well kinda haha from hurting my back when I stood up from toilet... this workout was perfect I made sure I kicked my legs lower than normal and didn't stretch down to my toes in the cool down because I am not 100% yet... I already consumed 48oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 279 calories... Today's green smoothie is spinach green cabbage banana mango strawberries pineapple & flax seeds blended with water... I am going to use the 12 minute tabata timer on BurpeeGirl channel to do some gentle floor twists and stretches for my back... See You All Mañana 😊

🤜💥🤛It was great!, 🤩I sweated a lot!, I had a very stressful day, ✨️💚🏃‍♀️👣🤸‍♀️so a while ago I went jogging as usual to the beach, came back and did the exercises, nothing more relaxing than the sea air 🌊 and BurpeeGirl exercises to let flow what doesn't work for the body.
