I feel like I'm moving forward and becoming a better person, not to say that I'm a bad person or anything but there's a part of me that people would consider "bad or evil" that I like. It's kinda like being a devil's advocate or a misunderstood villain with morales and values. It's because I'm a quiet guy and I like conserving energy so I dont usually spend time correcting or arguing with people whenever they have a misconception of me and besides it's more fun making people think you're the big bad wolf even tho you aren't

I'm currently going through a breakup right now and moving on is the hardest thing to do, still I'm trying new hobbies and experiences and this video helps me reflect upon my progress I've made so far. Thank you

As someone who constantly works on self-development and has many goals I tend to be caught up in the moment. Where everything just kinda seems like it's crashing down, but this video gave me a sense of reassurance I'm so glad I started off my day with this. Thank you Psych2Go!

I feel like this channel repeats these ideas often:
1. Hold yourself accountable for your life and your actions.
2. Learn from failure.
3. Be grateful for what you have, including your relationships.
4. Know what you want (or "be responsible for your desires").
5. Be conscious of and level-headed with your emotions (which could also be rephrased as "be responsible for your emotions").
Or even more succinctly, be grateful and be responsible.

This video made me almost cry happy tears. At the beginning of the week I felt super overwhelmed because of negative comments my Mom made regarding a large exam I have in a few weeks. With the help of an emergency therapy session this week, I am doing a lot better and I resonated a lot with this video and made me feel better!
