As an introvert i'd like to say stay inside all the time except when its sunrise and sunset.
Those are the best times to go out maybe for running or for a walk even if its alone it feels pretty fresh.

My sleep schedule was always around 5am now i sleep at 10pm :) and wake up at 8am, and been taking steps around 2-3k ❤
