The last one, Tyson Kidd's injury was actually a MIRACLE.

In an interview, Tyson said that the doctor told him that he should have suffocated to death on impact, and that most people that survived that injury, are quadriplegic.

Tyson, is not only alive, but he is still walking.

No injury in WWE makes me wince and clench in pain more than Sid Vicious's broken leg

Fun fact there was a Mexican professional wrestler called Dr. Wagner. He unfortunately passed away in 2004 at the age of 68.

Mick Foley never got that part of his right ear reattached after that match with Vader. In his first autobiography, he said it was because he didn't know the German word for formaldehyde. Funnily enough, he loves flaunting his missing ear.

He actually got his head caught between the ropes in a hangman spot and in the process of pulling his head out, he tore his ear where it was just barely dangling and the punch by Vader is what tore it free.

Triple H’s quad injury almost ended his career.

The last comment on the Jerry Lawler incident was Vince McMahon's idea of a joke.

How Mick Foley’s ear get ripped off was that he was performing a move on the ropes, and then his head got tangled in between the ropes and he had to get his head removed from the tangled ropes and that’s the first thing that ripped his ear.

Big E today is walking and, in his own words, living a normal life but so far he's not back at wrestling. However, he's also not closed that door. So, like a few other wrestlers with broken necks, he might not yet be at the end of his in-ring carreer. However, he's taking it slowly and focusing on being alive and healthy, not rushing anything and I think he's also stated that, if he never wrestles again, that's fine by him. I personally think that is, in all, a very healthy attitude.

I think a big part of wrestlers surviving and at times (almost) fully recovering from neck and spine fractures is the fact that for their job, they need crazy core strength. That musculature helps stabilise the fracture. There also was a German football (soccer, for ye Americans) goalkeeper who once broke his neck during a game, finished the game and only then got medical attention, and that ended up (mostly) fine as well.

Therefore, when you're working out: Don't skip on those core strength exercises. They might save your life one day. Or keep very painful and dangerous injuries much more bearable. It can also help dealing with slipped discs and the likes.

I would love to see you react to the infamous Hell in a Cell match between the Undertaker and Mankind if you haven't done so already. That match is both cool and crazy.

I'm glad you're covering legitimate WWE injuries unlike the last vid which was Kayfabe (in story) injuries. I'd love to see more coverage of real injuries from the industry. Keep up the great work 👍🏼

Tj took a nasty injury as he injured a very high spot. Just an inch up he would be dead, an inch down he would be a quadriplegic. He was lucky. The injury took the better part of a straight year to heal and he was in a halo for three months. He’s walking around and working but not in the ring as can no longer wrestle at all as his body cannot ever take a fall again. Instead he works backstage as an assistant head producer on the smackdown brand. He occasionally teaches up and coming talent but doesn’t actually fall down instead he shows how the hold works and asks his wife to demo them and get a sense of how the person works. Tj is married to fellow superstar Natalya.

Triple H actually tore his quad twice. Once on his left leg in 2001 and then again on his right leg in 2007.
