I'm not even sure if I keep coming back to hear more medical knowledge and refreshers or reminders about concerns for triage or first aid "just in case"... OR if I'm just addicted to watching Doc' Wagner go through the mental gymnastics of trying to make a medical lesson out of it... and stymies at "Who makes games like this?!" ;o)

What’s scary is that this is the gore that YouTube allows. There is games on roblox that are ranked ages 17 and up because of how scarily gory they are. It’s insane considering it’s cute little Lego characters

I know it's been quite some time and it's unlikely the authors will see this, but here are some answers and recommendations:
1. "Who makes these games?" - Most often they are made by novice (or trying themselves in another genre) developers to test their skills (animation, physics, work with blood, etc.). Quite a few people make these games for fun (percentage).
2. Most often, these games use (or create) patterns, and they can vary in sophistication. I can recommend "Bloodtide" and "Neighbourhood war remake" as a fairly developed game in this regard.
3. I recommend watching the gameplay of "Decaying Winter" too, because there is not only mechanical damage, but also internal (infection, freezing to death) + death from bleeding (arterial and venous).
I apologize in advance for possible mistakes, because I write through a translator.

If anyone here is just wondering, the roblox game is called “bloody playground” it’s a game where people do gore-y things to NPC’s and other players too. I play this a little from time to time.
