A bullet could start a fire by causing a spark on impact. Also, the bullet itself is very hot and can easily start a fire. Forest/wild fires are sometimes ignited by irresponsible target shooters.

Instead I got baseball with an RPG and I'm not complaining.

06:00 A regular bullet won't start a fire, but Tracer rounds which have a trail of magnesium at the end of it could start a fire in the right conditions. That is why it's illegal to shoot Tracer rounds at indoor gun ranges because they could light the powder that's in the air.

Seeing the airplane scene makes me happy (it was comical to watch, but as a person that was in aviation, it hit hard). I hope to see more GTA! GTA has a lot of wild stories when it comes to injuries and shenanigans. Another good one is Saints Row!

5:45 you're right Doc, a bullet wouldn't cause that gas to ignite under normal circumstances. It would have to hit some sort of steel/sparking material, and even that would be rare. Also, the flame wouldn't spread gradually, it would be a MASSIVE explosion/deflagration from all of the flammable vapours in the air.
