I brand all mine with me in the pic and holding a white board on the left side of the pic. It is very consistent and uniform look. I rebranded some videos with the new thumbnail strategy and I have seen some of my older videos go from 2 views per 48 hours to 20+ views per 48 hours.

The end card is buggy and stops as soon as it comes on. I can go back and click it, and watch it as long as I don't click ahead of it, but it interrupts what you are saying and the video suddenly ends without showing it the first time.

The font I use in my thumbnails is very different from what most people use, and that combined with bright colors makes my thumbnails stick out fairly well.

I just stick to yellow borders on every single thumbnail.... I even put objects in the video, but now I will try to put the objects (For example : a celebrity, a logo) on the left side :) Thanks Tim!
