Yes, yes perfect way to describe it exactly. That was the issue I was having and I was hurting my back. I was keep focusing on the chest now once I stop thinking so much about my chest and my hips to hinge back and I feel it more in my glut so thank you so much for the video someone like me who suffers from bad back I was doing it wrong and I gave up on doing our yells and now finally I got to do them right so thank you.

isn't that a stuff leg deadlift for ham'ies I thought rdl is a deadlift that doesn't touch ground like below knee then back up to take out legs as much as possible
