When I was a teenager I was obsessed with sunflower seeds, and in particular a combination of sunflower seeds and an apple. Then I didn't crave that combination for decades, but now I've just entered perimeopause, and boom, I want sunflower seeds and apples in large quantities every single day. Not just want them, I crave them so badly. I wonder if it could have anything to do with hormone balancing.

You keep showing the hulls, but they can be sharp and actually embed in the digestive tract and cause major problems. Eat them without the hulls.
