When you count the calories of cooked food there is a high likelihood of it being wrong.

the calorie tracking apps just give you an estimate.

So if you have a fitness goal and somehow you're not progressing, it's best to start tracking foods raw so that closer to exact calories may be recorded.

it will be overwhelming for you in the start but over time you will start to know how much raw food weighs. Plus you may be able to find better ways to track your foods.

so keep experimenting. keep progressing.
