I am currently with Root. My insurance is 223 a month and I have my first claim, I’ve been with them 2 years My car was struct but construction materials on the freeway so no actual accident. Just got my car back last week now my auto renewal is $523 a month what a scam! My driver record is the same I didn’t move they are full of it.

that driving test is so weird i had a 9 the whole time and the smooth breaking kept lowering slowly. it never went back up lol shit pissed me off

I have been with root for years no accidents 9/10 driving score but it's insane how much there charging me. When i first signed up it was 40 bucks now 6 years later 150 for no reason

Bought a car off of Carvana and they use Root. I will be dropping them ASAP. I am 57 and never had an accident, but they can stay out of my business.

I barely had Root and they raised my rate $100 more FOR NO REASON!

I might as well, go with a same better well-known company if I'm going to be forced to pay that.

My friend got his car stolen and waited nearly 2 months before he got properly compensated.
