Root Insurance review

Today I want to give my honest review on Root car insurance just to let you guys know what I have been experiencing. It’s all about being honest and letting you all know the truth about this car insurance company. I can understand how policies work and everything is going to be different with every different type of company. One thing that I think is very important is customer service.

This kinda makes me scared to have root now. I was being charged $500+ for insurance when I got my new car (mustang GT). I got a quote from liberty mutual for $217 but my sister told me to try root because she saved $200+ on her insurance so Im hoping I save but hearing about the customer service now, I’m considering not going through with it. I’m still being monitored and I have a 10/10 score, but I’m having second thoughts now. My driving record is clean and I’m not a wreck less driver but omg your review is making me not want to go through with it 😂😩

I’m currently paying $900 for 4 vehicles for a year plan. If root can match or come close to this, I would switch in a heart beat
