So, I guess, if I understand this correctly, Google will lend itself out as a consultancy to insurance carriers for actuarial/data analytics? I guess it's like any other tool, it could be a benefit or a perversion; I think it all boils-down to how actuaries and underwriters use the information. I think it'll just end up being a sales-tool though. Whatever the case, Google has a bad habit of 'throwing-stuff-out-there' and not engaging in a long-term commitment with their products/services. I think there'll be other service-providers who can handle this more professionally. Whatever the case, I don't think the policyholder will benefit significantly. Good video, thanks!

I’m not sure how i feel about this, i think that agents and carriers will be forced to re tool. I imagine by 2022 we will be using telematics in Claims full force. But If anyone is good at data management it’s Google!
