The fact that Chase "disagree with the allegation" tells you all you need to know. If they feel that this kind of behaviour from a branch manager is acceptable, they have a profound cultural problem.

The fact the same branch has 4 complaints of the same racism issue and the bank has no comment about that says alot

And the police should have issued a warning to the manager about abusing 911.

Chase is a horrible bank in general, just add this to the list.
