I feel like these types of videos are your best! Admiration and encouragement are easier to associate with than those ones where the other person looks disappointed.
But they're not all bad, since incorrect form can lead to some bad injuries, and I admit they're funny sometimes too😆

I like using the small rod rather than the rope, I feel my triceps working less on the rod even tho the rod has a slightly inferior contraction due to a lil less rom but the rod provides substantial contraction enough isolate the lats

took me forever to properly feel this exercise. Keeping Elbow angle the same and tightening your entire body seems to be best :)

Of you're engaging more of your triceps that also means you're pulling too much weight so lower it down to where you can control the form. FORM OVER WEIGHTS!

I trained triceps yesterday, I say that I am extremely satisfied because with little training I can already pull 1x15 with 15 kg, unfortunately I finish the exercise doing 2x15 with 10 kg
