STOP doing LAT PULLOVERS like this!

Alright quick tip, when you’re doing lat pullovers don’t excessively arch your back or focus too much on retracting your scapula, as this shifts the work to your mid and upper back. Instead, focus on keeping your body still and driving your palms down while keeping your elbows tucked in towards your hips. Make sure to pull your upper arm towards you and squeeze your armpit at the bottom, then raise it out in front for a full stretch and contraction in your lats.

I hope that helps and subscribe for more lifting tips! #Gym #Shorts

First one works totally fine for me, I feel a better stretch and Activision, of course I don’t do it as exaggerated.

Rounding the back a little will actually increase stretch on lats.

This aint a pullover, it's a straight arm pulldown.

Pro Tip: don't listen to this, form is good but for different people they will feel it differently. Remember everyone has a different body not everyone is the same, I suggest trying both ways not with much of an arch and with a slight arch don't stick your butt out to much leave enough space to get a good stretch so that the cable is an an angle and just try different positions and see which you feel it in the lats most.

I prefer dumbbell pullovers I feel my lats a lot more

Jeff Nippard advocates the first one, one isn't correct they both are. Do what feels best, what muscles you want to focus/prioritize, that's the correct way

Lean forward as you start to initiate the pulldown to 50% you should actually raise your torso and finish the movement upright.

During the last few reps of lat pullovers, my arms tend to get tired (mostly triceps), even though I keep my elbows at a fixed position and don’t extend my tricep. How do I avoid this?

This guy points out mistakes that rarely happen and still has a huge audience. Am I wrong? His upper back/ row cues (from what I remember) were helpful but it needs to be pointed out. Making up mistakes and correcting them seems to be a thing in the YouTube fitness community at the moment.

I should have listened to this advice before my back day today. I was focusing too much on arching my back.

What's the exercise that guy in the front is doing? Front squats? Not trying to hate, I've just never seen that before.

I know ripped guys that do this. Tldr if you're going to the gym regularly, you'll end up gaining a nice balance even if you're not doing every exercise perfectly. Just don't hurt yourself.

Funny how the exact previous video I saw was from Jeff Nippard saying that you should pull your chest up on the positive. And this one says keep your body still.
