Why do you feel your TRICEPS during Lat Exercises?

Alright so when you’re doing lat pullovers in order to feel your lats, focus on driving your elbows down and in rather than just retracting your scapula, but don’t worry if you feel it in your triceps. One of the functions of the long head of the tricep is shoulder extension meaning that as you move your arms from a lengthened position out in front of you, in towards your body, and then extend your arms behind you, the tricep is actually gonna assist in that movement. That’s because the origin of the long head actually attaches to the scapula, and since lowering your arms behind your body involves movement of the shoulder joint, the tricep is gonna activate.

Also, keep your arms straighter than this.. I've found that blew tf up out of my lats and increased my straight arm scapula strength by a TON.

You're also having to use your triceps to keep your arms fixed in a straightened angle, with direct tricep contraction as you're pulling it down.

I always felt it a lot too, I figured it was becausd you have to keep your arm straight so the triceps has to work isometricly a lot

am training my back but it is hurting somewhere i remembered i strained it.. like something discomfort or something pulled like feeling when i did cobra pose after back training ...but i was ignoring it because it was little for me but it is not recovering completely even 2 to 3 weeks passed and my back is always sore but now I feel I should not do back training especially back rows ...deadlift and free squats ... will this help?...I need some help
