Amazing video, i wasnt able to run continuous for more than 500 mts, but 2 days ago, ran for 2.5 kms straight, and yesterday 5 kms...

Glute activation was the missing peice, worked like a charm

Doctor, I have pain in the lower back, the last vertebra on the left side only. I went to a number of doctors, but nothing helped, and everyone said that it was a severe inflammation that might be caused by an old fall on your buttocks. I want a solution to this problem.

OMGosh, nothing is new under the sun. I figured this out on my own and along with seated heel raises, for soleus, the Achilles tendinosis that I've had for decades is gone. I do it slightly differently, but this is an excellent exercise.
