I’m preparing for my first sprint triathlon in August. I started running again and it feels so good. I just ordered new running shoes. Hoping they’re better then my old ones.

fr 12 months ago 1k was a good run for me, now my regular easy run is 3.5k on the regular and 1k is my warm up for bigger runs!

I just ran the Los Angeles Marathon last week, which is 26.2 miles, and I'm only in 8th grade. This marathon was super hard for me because around mile 20, the back of my knee started hurting but i had to keep going until I finished. My knee still hurts me but im hoping it isn't permanent damage.
My goal is to keep running marathons including the LA Marathon all the way through highschool and I'm really hoping to accomplish this😁

Oh same happened with me, for my very first day i also fell sick and thought that was because of covid that time 😂
But now i am able to run w/o falling sick💪😁

In college every time I got stressed I would go for a run until my stress melted away into the fields and pavement. My typical daily relaxation run was 4-6 miles.

Thay side view is so cool. The way your gait is, so interesting how really experienced runner run. I cant tell, are you landing on the balls of your feet and pulling your body forward, or striking through the heels? Regardless, it looks cool and effortles (even though youre obviously putting in work running).
