Stopped running a year ago and I’ve been so discouraged to start again. Thanks for the reminder that shorter and slower is still a good challenge ❤️

Dang girl. That last 2 minutes of the video talking about finding flow again got me all teary eyed. Great recap to this running chapter. Here’s to future chapters!

Good luck with your surgery Keltie. I get how you are feeling, but you will have a speedy recovery going into it like this. Love your positivity. Will be thinking of you.

Love this video except the part where you say it would be embarrassing to take longer than 1 hour for the 10 k. There’s nothing wrong with being a slower runner. I run half marathons and still am a bit slower than 1 h 🐢

For some reason this video out of all the ones of I have watched is what is going to get me to try the 30 day challenge. 1-3 times a week runner hoping this will help. Love what you do and what you stand for❤❤❤

I truly think it was you that got me back into running. So thank you and for your occasional comments the past few months that have really encouraged me. I always say it but influencers really influence. You’re one of the positive ones though! Now if I can only get my 9 year old daughter to run with me!

Your first video on this inspired me to finally try his routine too, and it's literally improved my mental and physical wellbeing so much! Love your videos, thanks for the inspiration 🖤

Love the balance you always show during these! Also just wanted to let you know: it’s a good bit easier to run fast on a treadmill because it engages less muscles and kind of pulls you along, so if you want to legitimately be able to run 4:00 mile pace (15mph) it’s probably best to test your speed outside on a track! Treadmill is a great tool but it’s not necessarily accurate to use to determine pbs etc!

Your run journey gave me the push to get my own running started again after I fell off the running wagon last year. I started out wanting to run every day, but it wasn't my jam, so I've settled on 3-4 days a week. Starting slow and determined to build from there. I am slowly convincing myself to sign up for a race with friends in October. My longterm goal is to trail run and fastpack. My near term goal is just to be as consistent as possible, factoring in my body's needs and that pesky life thing! ;D Cheers to your race! That is awesome, you looked full of joy.

I started running last year and purchased my first ASICS. Omg felt like I started running on clouds and my knees and feet were grateful 😌

Congrats with your 10k! I have been running since middle school and every-time I take a break from it I always miss it. This video motivated me to want to train for another race again. Haven’t ran competitively in about 5 years. Good luck with your recovery!

I loved the video! I'm a runner also and it's so nice to see how you have incorporated it into your routine and continued other forms of training alongside it. I think you may have gotten the protein and carbohydrates mixed up though at 15:50 because 4 grams/kg of protein is a lot even for body builders. Keep up the amazing work and I can't wait to see where you take your running in the future :)

Keltie I love you so much and this video is amazing! I haven't ran since my last xc season ended because I've felt "too busy" for it. This video reminded me how much I love and need it in my life. Thank you !! I wish you the best w your surgery, you're awesome.

SO PROUD OF YOU!! And sub-50 is a crazy good time, so congrats :)

I have loved watching you explore running. I grew up as a 3 sport athlete with an emphasis on basketball and it was totally tied to my identity. When I stopped playing competitive sports I really lost myself and focused on aesthetic fitness goals rather than performance, which never left me fully satisfied. I impulsively signed up for a half marathon 3.5 years ago and have been hooked on running ever since. It makes me feel powerful and like an athlete again and long distance running puts me in a flow state like nothing else. I just ran my first marathon (3:33:03!) and even though it was the hardest thing I've ever done, I can't wait to continue my running journey and explore my potential.

Enjoy your forced off-season from your surgery, your fitness will be there when you return! Can't wait to watch your running journey continue <3

I totally understand the last 2 minutes of the video talking about flow. And I love your videos you are such an inspiring person. I also feel like you are one of the influencers that is very real and down to earth and not that “perfect life” influencer. And you show us all what real life is. It has been so fun to watch your videos and I look forward to them. Also, where are your hoop earrings from? They are the cutest.

I did a run streak inspired by you. it was fun! Some days I ran for a half-hour and some days i ran 30 seconds because I was tired. It really opened up running more to me and I found it really enjoyable.
