i’m in middle school and i do XC and track, one tip when you’re running is DONT STOP NO MATTER WHAT. IT SILL CAUSE CRAMPS AND MAKE YOU TIRED. and btw im not like slow or anything, so i know this is true im second in my school. (not that im bragging)
