I heard about this, apparently due to no gravity, the brain and the body realize that they don’t have to work against gravity and the brain and body begin to get rid of unneeded bone density and mass along with no need for extra muscle. You basically become like jelly if you stay up there forever

If I'm not mistaken, the pooling of blood in one side of the body happens because of earths gravity tugging on you. This is from the mouth of that astronaut that was on Joe Rogan's podcast. He said he'd wake up and feel the blood in his head because his head was pointed down towards earth. Also they have to workout a lot in order to maintain bone density, muscle density, as well as maintaining a strong heart.

This is why they actually put special exercising machines on the stations to help stabilize your heart and muscles. They use straps to hold you against the machine so your muscles have some resistance to work against

During a return interview with an astronaut they handed him a cup and then asked him to hand the interviewer something, he just straight up let the cup go and let it hit the floor. He was genuinely confused on why it didn’t float there for a moment
