He never said that you will get a back like him with that workout. He is a professional Bodybuilder and of course lifts heavy. This is a workout for those who have no access to a Gym for what reason ever. I appreciate it a lot @Simeon Panda

Why do people think he got his back from these exercises? He is just simply explaining how to workout your back without equipments.

Cool, in my opinion this workout is actually pretty good. I've been doing this for three weeks straight and my back has gotten stronger and has started to get it's shape a little.

Not sure why everyone is hating. Never states you’ll pack on a horse shit load of muscle, just that you can get a workout without any equipment. Considering how hard it is to achieve a good back workout w/out equipment I thought this shit was a pretty cool selection of unique exercises

And the secret ingridient is: "just do it properly"
You can do up to 20 pull ups, but that doesn't mean you're doing them right.
With exercises like this you can just train your nerve system to contract the right muscles when its necessary.

You my sir; are a genius. I’ve been training for 8 years, and I can attest - this is as effective as having weights. Thanks for getting me through lockdown brother.

Imagine walking through the park and just seeing this dude, grunting, whilst doing bent over rows with a towel.

Shout out to all the people who think muscle growth is based on the weight you lift rather than the intensity of the contraction on the muscle you are people are the reason we get so many gym fail videos.

I bet 75% of the people in the comment section have a lack of knowlegde.. these exersizes provide an excellent amount of intensity (if you are willing to put in some work).

In all seriousness, this workout looks epic I can't wait to try it out

Very to the point and informative, the simple fact that these small movement symbolic of what we call “regular exercises” can improve such exercises, is the basis how how to work out the anatomically correct way. This is like taking a step back from a step back on basics.

I used to do these workouts when I had no equipments and they do work...at least for me when I was skinny. Of course you won’t get much gains from them but they do help tone your muscles. After a month of doing these my back muscles could be seen through my shirt but not to the point where you think I go to the gym but more like I’m fit.

I joined the gym 9 months ago, lost weight I had packed on (40 pounds) and built alot of muscle and now Im learning how to adjust to working out at home and dont want to loose the gains Ive made since the gym is closing here due to the virus... I appreciate this and will be doing this tomorrow .. thank you!
