Made my own after watching you and Hybrid Calisthenics promote them. I used those skater belts that don't have buckles and these grips I found in my closet. Amazing workout.

I love rings! Somebody gifted me some a few months ago, and I can't get enough! It took my body a minute to adapt, as they were hitting places I hadn't really hit before, but once you get a little used to them they're great fun. Highly recommend, and I don't just mean I recommend them cos I'm high.

I love the rings. I have them, the parallettes, weight vest, pull up bar but don’t use them enough!! I need to work on my dedication and motivation but other things always clog up my mind. Out of all the “fitness” content I watch on YouTube I always come back to strength side.

Can confirm rings are effective! My trainer's been making me do tricep extensions with rings (4 sets x 14 reps with 2 more each set) and it's definitely gotten bigger after a few months

I do these pull-ups in therapy I need to strengthen my back and arm muscles and lower back . Also my core. I have back issuse Any suggestions and rist stretch thanks for sharing!
