In this video, we’re going to talk about how you can be calm instantly. If you are constantly wound up and just need an instant dose of calmness, this video is for you.

The sensation of being calm is greatly affected by your neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are similar to hormones. However, instead of being transported through the blood, they are transported through the nervous system.

I gave Gaba to my autistic 3..5 years old who is scared of everything and after few days, he is ok to interact with people he is not used to and he is no longer scared of dogs when they don't come close.
Before he would just get off his bike and coming running to me after seeing a dog by far.

Amazing!
I’ve been drinking lemon balm tea and lemon grass tea, switching each of them each day before going to bed for the last two years, in order to get a good sleep and it has worked nicely.
I was afraid it could be an unhealthy habit and wanted to verify it, but watching this video makes me understand I was not wrong after all.

I could have used that tea last night! Worked from 9 AM to 11:45 PM 😔 Thought the stress would really get to me. Previously I was a stress and emotional eater. Thankfully I stayed to my fast currently over 38 hours in. I will try that tea. Previously I would have finished off a whole bag of candy or chips while stressing.

Dr. Berg thank-you so much for your wonderful and informative videos. I am binge watching when I can. I even subscribed to yours and Karen's Keto Recipes channel. Just thoroughly enjoying learning so much about this way of life. I have dropped over 19 pounds since Nov 2nd and hope to meet my goal weight by March. The more you fast the easier it is to get back into it. I do 23:1 with one meal around 1 to 2. I do extended fasts up to 48 hours. Aiming for 72 this week.

The main thing is the stress. I think I am that body type that gets angry easy at stupidity 😏 If there was a chill pill I would need it. Plus I don't fall off to sleep easy. I stopped taking Melatonin. I will try this tea and see how it works.

I have it set so I receive every time you post, but there are still many more that I haven't seen, so whenever myself or any of my family and friends are hurting etc I immediately come to you.
