This was my first time doing this one. I really liked the knee drive and oblique twist! I added this at the end of todays workout. I know I’m going to feel this tomorrow. I always do! 🔥😁

That was a great ab add on! I love these short workouts I can add after one of your longer ones. Especially enjoyed the new moves! My core is getting so much stronger abs the other day I was able to do a handstand hold challenge at almost 40! Feeling so great!
