I am literally so slouched like I poke my butt out so much and I have got scared ever since my mum told me her friend had to have a brace because of it. Rlly hope I don’t get one so hope this works

How can i fix my walking gesture? My right knees slightly bend in. It's obvious when i'm walking especially in my skinny fit jeans. Do i need to visit physiotherapist for this? I really concerned it might effect my workout or any other things.

hello Melanie - i have this constant pain at the back of my neck spine - did physio - do everyday neck stretching - but in vain - now when i push my head back with chest out i hear cracking sounds in my spine and the pain is getting severe every day - my second doctor said it is caused by tennis elbow and gave me medication + the injection but didnt work - now my shoulder blade is aching as well - can you help ??? - im still doing the neck stretching everyday though
