I appreciate him getting right to it instead of the people who claim to have life changing advice and have hour long videos that tell you to buy their book for the details.

All are things I’ve learned to avoid. I’m 73 I smoked for 30 years, drank heavy, ate whatever. Fortunately I made it this far. I finally got wise and first ( over 30 years ago) I stopped smoking, next I cut waaaayyy back on drinking and then stopped completely. I became interested in nutrition and eating whole mostly organic foods, herbs etc. I feel better at 73 than I did at 53 in many ways. Do yourself a favor, especially if you are young and realize that your health is really all you have. Without your health you have nothing, rich or poor, young or old, protect it with knowledge and dedication. You won’t regret it.

Smokers, be mindful of smoking around your children also.
I went to the Dr for something in the 5th grade, and after he gave me a check up he looked at me and asked me how long I had been smoking .
I just looked at him, I had never smoked ! I said " I don't smoke ". He said
" Well, right now your lungs show the signs of a smoker ".
That was because both of my parents smoked in the house, in the car.
I lost my mom three years ago to COPD.
Smoking is so not worth it . 😢

Been nicotine-free for about 9 months. Still have cravings. But, never going back. You can do it too!

Stress kills! Limit stress as much as possible. Limit exposure to toxic people. Do spa, thermo therapy, meditation, activities outside in the nature.

4 yrs ago i had quad bypass surgery. I was a smoker before this. My dr told me that continued smoking would affect the blood vein grafts. Thank GOD i never even had the urge to pick up another cicarette again. This dr speaks the truth. Thanks. 🙏❤😊

I stopped eating ANYTHING pre-packaged, boxed or processed. Just did meats, seafoods, veggies and some fruit. I lost 131lbs.

The only thing on that list that I struggle with is processed foods. Even though I try to eat as close to nature as possible, it's really really tough to avoid packaged foods of some kind.

Agree with all you said. Bizarrely enough, Mom smoked 70 years before passing away last year. Dad, right at 90, has used alcohol based Listerine forever. Hope I get their ‘good’ genes since I don’t smoke nor gargle w Listerine 😅

Eat correctly and intermittently. Limit stress where possible. Don’t drink or smoke. Sleep well. Exercise.
