I've been doing this workout every weekday for a month and I went from 203 lbs to 188 lbs, pretty awesome.
I added so many other videos from this channel on my watchlist now and plan to go through all of them haha, love this!!

Edit: 11/7/23 - I'm 180.2 lbs now! Thank you EMMA Fitness!!
Edit: 8/14/24 - 170 lbs, I still do these! I honestly substitute their 34 minute video in now, its the one that is 70plus million views on their channel. I do that workout every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Good luck everyone!

I've been doing this work out sun to Fri last one year ago, I could be reduced 87 kg to 75 kg now. It's so tired, but I'm so happy and I can not stay without this workout. So, thank you so much EMMA fitness!

I'm starting this from today including 7 day challenge thing. Which won't work much but will probably boost my motivation.

I'm also starting to eat a lot of vegetables and chicken. 2.5 ltrs of water too. Every morning I have warm water with lemon, kinda like warm lemonade.

Height: 5'3
Weight: 85 Kgs.

Day 1: √ stopped 4 times today.

Yo usually i will stop in the middle of the exercise but this one is just nice for a person like me. I sweat a lot n didnt too pressured to follow those easy steps. Thanks!!

TRANSFORMATION ALERT! 🚨 I stumbled upon this video during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and I'm so glad I gave it a try! 💪 Despite initial hesitation, I committed to doing this workout EVERY DAY, and the results were astonishing! 🔥
I went from 60 kg to a slimmer, healthier version of myself. The changes weren't just physical; I noticed a significant reduction in face fat and a more toned overall appearance. 🌟

Gonna do this and update everyday :]
Right thigh = 50cm, left thigh = 50cm
Belly= 74cm, left arm 25cm, right arm = 24.5cm
Left arm above the palm = 15.5cm, right arm above the palm = 16cm
Right calf= 33cm, left calf 34cm
Total weight 55kg, height 166cm
Day 1 ✅ (but only did 9mins because my stomach started hurting and also did skipping for 5 mins)

Its been 3 days i have started this workout. Its really fun doing this and i will continue this ..hope this helps me reduce my weight .. now i am 57 kg .. will update if i reduce some more 😊..

Крутая тренировка! Как раз для новичка) только прежде чем начать заниматься по этому видео ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО посмотрите правильную технику упражнения тазовых часов, а то останетесь без поясницы после первого же занятия как я😅 курс массажа и я снова в деле))
