Surprised Vancouver didn't make the list, what are they doing right? You mean Downtown East Side improved?

Really Winnepeg only #9 has it gotten much safer? It used to be Canada's 2nd worst crime city in 1990's.

This is a terrible article! The person doesn't even pronounce the city names correctly, and the pictures do not match anything being described! Chicago's bean is defintely not in Saskatooon, there are no skyscapers flashing Japanese writing in Winnipeg, Sydney's opera house isn't in Canada and there are no damn mountains (or steppes!) in Saskatchewan - a prairie province. This article is hogwash.

Once, whenever I saw the thumbnails of videos like this involving Canada, I used to laugh till my sides hurt and just kept scrolling. I would always be left thinking, "What? The most dangerous place in Canada must be some near-arctic town called Turquoise-Spoon where people bump into you and don't say sorry eh?" Truth be told, I haven't been on a visit to Canada in a while. It was one of my favourite places to visit, and of all the cities in Europe and North America I have seen, no city was ranked above Toronto. Now, I'm hearing unbelievably ghastly stories about the country and about Toronto. These news items have changed how I react to videos that cast light on the crime situation in Canada. I find it very sad because it was an example to so many other countries like my own.
