I went through Reynosa back in September to get to my hometown in Nuevo Leon, there’s a lot of Fuerza Civil and Military presence so it kind of makes you feel uneasy a bit but as long as you travel during day time you should be alright

Thank you for the information. As a Northerner, I appreciate the" heads up". Too bad some of these cities/towns are so impoverished, no industry, no work available I assume. Love Mexico and only wish to be where I am welcome. Gotta' be the best place to learn Spanish, but total immersion has to be the way. Safe destinations only, so lets hope the country continues to grow in wealth.

I almost got kidnapped in naco Mexico so don’t think them border cities is safe I only got out of it cause ik ppl there but if I ain’t know nobody id be dead rn so watch yo back in Mexico but have fun don’t make yourself a target💯

Definitely do not go to Mexico but definitely focus going to Canada with your passport instead especially up the east coast during the summer, Canadian Cities are much safer than American Cities, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and New Foundlsnd, maybe take a drive up to Alaska through Canada.
