I lose my splits after a few months of not stretching and now I'm starting from the top . So moral of the story . Do.you.streches.everyday .

Oh wow I did this yesterday and it really hurt. I was partially pushing myself a little further to see how far I could go but after finishing I felt as if I never had a stiff muscle.
Today I did it again pushing myself about as far as I did yesterday and I found it noticeably easier and not as painful. Just wanted to share for anyone :)

after suffering from depression for several years and laying in bed/being still for most of it, i’ve become very rigid. my body, especially my back is in pain. i am seeing a therapist now, and i’m dealing with my trauma and slowly starting to see a little light again. doing your 30 day challenge really motivates me and i hope i will gain some flexibility back!

I've been rather inflexible my whole life, and with this routine after 4 months I CAN FINALLY DO MY RIGHT SPLIT!! I am literally crying this has been by goal for YEARS. Thank you so much hannah

I'm a very inflexible person even when I do ballet, so I created a 20-30 min exercise for my feet, splits, lower legs, and etc. Thanks for making this, I really appreciate this!

Ngl it’s working! 😳 as a person who has been inflexible for my whole life, I’m really proud to be a few inches off the ground. I will continue to do these exercises and hope for the best!

I’ll update when I get my splits don’t worry.

UPDATE- I STOPPED BECAUSE I GOT LAZY AND I LOST ALL THE FLEXIBILITY THAT I GAINED SO SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU😞

I have to say how incredible this stretch routine is. I hadn’t attempted the splits in 20 years, after stretching with the video 2 times, I can almost completely do the splits!

I've always been a wuss when it comes to the pain of stretching and I find it really hard to stay through the whole minute when my brain knows I can easily just come out of the stretch whenever I want, but I think it is helping me to be more disciplined and push through the discomfort because I am learning that my tolerance is higher than I thought 💪

i've never really done anything like ballet or gymnastics (actually i did but it was too long ago and only for 1 year so) and i feel like im too old to go there as I'm 16 and the girls in my city who do these sports are way too toxic mostly to begginers, since they cant do much, but because i really want to improve my flexibility ill be doing this tutorial and the back flexibility tutorial for one month. ill update u then! best of luck on your journey <3

I’m a gymnastics team gymnasts and I can’t do my splits. But when I found the do this video for 30 days I decided to give it a go! I’m starting to improve my splits but not my middle split. The middle split hurts a lot but it’s not day 30 yet, it’s day 4 so I’m doing this everyday but just once because I don’t have a lot of time to do 2 in 1 day. Thank you for this video! It helps us a lot.❤❤❤

I have been trying different splits challenges and tutorials on YouTube for about a year now and this video is what got me in my deepest split and in the best form I ever had after only 2 weeks doing this everyday

I have been doing this tutorial with the one for the back for almost 2 weeks and I can see some improvement already. I will come back again in two weeks more.

Edit 2 weeks after: I’m improving a lot, but some of the exercises are still difficult for me. If I skip one day, I notice it immediately. 💯 recommended! :)

I've been following this video every other day for about two or three months now and I'm happy to say I'm actually seeing myself improve. An issue I had before was not having a consistent routine to follow and sticking to this one had really helped.

I'm going to do this (hopefully) everyday for a while, I'll update my progress<3.
Starting point: I can do a front split with my right leg in front, but I struggle keeping my hips squared. With my left leg in front I'm very close to achieving the split, I can't lift my arms yet tho. I'm also not too close to achieving a side split yet.
Day one: I felt the work, I felt the stretch, I'm excited<3.
Day two: It got easier to keep my hips squared while doing the front split with my right leg in front, also I felt like holding it for a bit longer than a minute so I did<3. With my left leg in front tho it got even harder.
Day three: rest day<3.
Day four: I feel a bit less flexible than before lol.
Day five: I feel like I made a little progress, I’m way more comfortable on my front split with my right leg in front and I’m very close to achieving the front split with my left leg in front.
Day six: rest day<3.
Day seven: I think I might be getting closer to achieving my box split:o.
That was my first week, I'll be updating my progress weekly instead of daily<3.
