Our fave way to make salmon, I learned over twenty years ago. Per serving, mix about a tbs each of maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl. Sauté, or bake (400 degrees, 20 mins) 6oz salmon filets (one per person). When cooked through (not dry), spoon on maple mustard sauce. Nuked frozen broccoli florets with melted butter and a sprinkling of salt, and small roasted or sautéed potatoes (you can nuke first for a few mins to cook through) are easy delicious side dishes.

I made the turkey chili! I added my own additions like sweet potato and topped it with plain Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese! This is a hands down favorite in the household now. Everyone keeps begging me to make it every week! Thank you!
