Camera man “you’re gonna have to violate my rights to get my I.d.”

Cop “that’s fine”

That fact that literally every single cop goes right to id, regardless of the circumstances, shows that its part of their training. They are ACTIVELY trying to violate 4th ammendment rights.

If you're going to do these types of things, don't even carry an i.d. with you. Make them really work for it. Make them actually fully violate your rights by taking you to the jailhouse for fingerprints.

Yup. I'm addicted to watching auditing videos.

Every single one of these, I've seen, and they are all great, informative and educational.

Big thanks to all of the 1st Amendment Auditors out there.

If there was an auditor of the Year award it would definitely go to James Freeman! By far the most genuine rights oriented auditor and most innovative I've seen.

Should have sued the officer than went into the pocket for a wallet. Terry v Ohio doesn't allow the police to go into your pockets.

10:04 "you're violating my rights"
"that's fine"

welp i'm never trusting any police officer ever again, I already didn't but hearing one say violating civil rights is fine just sealed the deal

I feel like when a cop asks for ID you should say, " It's at my attorney's office, should I call him?"

Lesson 1. In fact its the only lesson. Its a one lesson course. "Don't TALK to the police at all." Just remain silent, completely.

It’s amazing how cops make up their own laws as they go

It's disturbing how quickly and without remorse that they'll violate a citizen's rights, while dishonoring the oath that they took to the Constitution, to satiate their addiction to getting identification. And they'll even say on camera that they don't care that they've violated someone's rights.

Ya GOT to love how LOOKING into an EMPTY cop car is a DANGER to the officers...

Dude walked off like "oh shit I don't want to be apart of this" when he confirmed it was James. He knew this was wrong and boundaries were crossed before the moostache Tyrant motioned to grope and further violate Free~Man. He's a good cop now but he'll turn. You can't be a good cop and not speak up. That makes you a bad cop.

Never carry ID when your trying to expose cops!

2nd cop I liked. He understood the law. He never stayed and heckled the guy. Instead, he told him where he can go if he needs help. Good cop

Almost every single bad experience I have had with an officer was initiated by them with an unsolicited "Is everything OK? / do you need assistance?" Because as we all know someone sitting in their vehicle parked or walking down the street alone, or even sitting on the front step is in need of assistance.
