Just to be clear I'm not judging or making fun of anyone who does have lvl 90 4 stars. I just hear and see so many genshin creators not have any so my crowd follower brain is like "ok well they don't lvl 90 them so I won't" I know I shouldn't do that and I will be lvl 90ing my most used 4 stars

Level 90 characters is not something just for 5*s. Its for useful characters or ones you like. I have Gorou at 90 for a geo team, bennett, xiangling, and xingqiu for a national team, ect... You can level anyone to 90 and it will be justified by just using them.

Plus everyone does it (for the most part.)

lvl 90 costs quite a lot so id only level up characters dependant on base stats and elemental reactions (kuki is a VERY good example, as one of the most important things of hyperbloom is character level.)

I ascended Dori to level 90 because she deserved some love, I don't have Kokomi and I decided to make her my "Kokomi." She heals 5.5k at c0 and I don't regret a thing, I love her
