In this video you're going to learn how to address and fix your pooch belly by understanding the biomechanical reasons that could be leading to it in the first place.

There's a lot of different factors as to why you may have pooch belly such as poor diet, exercise, sleep or even stress.

If we put those factors aside that leaves us with one of the potential mechanical issues that could be causing this protrusion of the lower abdomen.

How you breathe and align your joints can have a remarkable effect on how pressure and your posture presents itself.

Throughout the course of this video you're going to learn some of the ways in which gravity can impact your structure and how pressure get distributed as a byproduct.

You'll also be taken through two different exercises that will help to reorganize and better tension the deep core musculature through your TVA (Transverse Abdominis) and pelvic floor.
