Leg Exercises:
1️⃣ Barbell Squat
* 3 sets 4 reps | 2 sets 10 reps | 1 set 20 reps 1-3 mins rest
2️⃣ Barbell Rack Glide Calf Raise
* 3 sets 15 reps 1-2 mins rest
Metabolic Circuit -
3️⃣ Dumbbell Alternating Reverse Lunge
4️⃣ Dumbbell Hip Bridge
5️⃣ Dumbbell Lying Leg Curl
* 12 reps each exercise, no rest between exercises. Do 3 rounds, rest 1 minute between rounds.
