Alright today we are going over leg workout tips to help any hardgainer put on some serious MASS..

One of the most common issues I see with people who have trouble putting size on their legs is that they get stuck moving weight and never really focus on contracting. I know it sounds like a small difference but the day you start really connecting to your hamstrings, quads and glutes is the day you'll start seeing results.

I give an example of how to do this with splits squats but it applies to every single exercise you do.
