Oh and keep up the great videos Joe. One must follow Joe! And remember guys we don’t need heavy weights to build muscles. Go hard at it & do sets & reps accordingly.

That looks epic. In the spring, I was using your KB somersault squats after sets of heavish double rack squats, then ending with Hindu squats as a finisher. It worked really well to fry my quads. This routine looks even better!

I've been trying different low load movements to blast my legs after heavy low rep barbell squats. This looks absolutely amazing for that. I just rushed out in my garage to try out the somersault squat and I can tell immediately it's going to be part of normal programming. Liked and subscribed!

This awesome ! I 2:41 Told my wife I was going downstairs to workout.Idid just 2 circuits of this and pushed very hard.I went upstairs after this, barely able to walk and my wife said "You weren't down there very long".Doesnot take long to destroy your legs with this! I will definitely keep doing this!

It's funny you actually strung together my 3 favorite leg exercises into one workout, this is awesome! Also, the toes in variant looks great, I've been trying to build up the vastus lateralis and it def hits that spot nicely.

Brilliant stuff!!! I'm a boxer and have strong but skinny boxer's legs. I mainly train with kettle bells and bodyweight. Been trying to put some meat on my legs but all in vain. Not looking for your solid pillars but would be good to have legs that actually match my beefy upper body. I think this workout could be the solution. Thanks for the upload. Liked and subscribed bro

You can build any parts of your body with kettlebells. So definitely legs although I do not like the sissy squat bar assisted since it puts too much unwanted stress in the knee joints. Kettlebells are the most underrated tools in the fitness community! Quote me on that ✔️

Good one! Gave ya a thumbs up.👍 Could be done w/ a split squat if one wanted more stability. What you call a "somersault squat" is a boot top squat. I'd keep the feet parallel on the sissys.
