Dang, this reminded me of a recent-ish article I read, where they mentioned that the body does not age linearly, but does take a huge performance hit at two points; around 44-45, and one around 60ish.

Hormones plays the crucial role in your own body for it. Stress is the number 1 factor for declining your own health figure. For the organs it always has different stages/age limit that it will slowly detoriate your own body. Always remember that you should do things in your life as balanced.

Sleep well
Exersise 4 to 5 times in a weak
Drink a lot of water
Progress in your exersise
Be happy
Less screen time
Be social
Take a sunlight for vitamin d
And eat every healthy food
Not eat more then your body required

I am a 71 year old guy. My body feels often like it has stopped. I eat two or more eggs a day and this has cleared up my mental capacity. I remain active with light exercise though my decline continues to advance. I can see that my body is reacting adversely to sugar consumption.

38 y.o father of 3.. never been really slim all my life.. the slimmest i got on my adult life was 75kg, that was 19 years ago.. now 40 kg after that, I shed 10 kg of it, another 30 to go to regain my youth back.. lol.. wish me luck.

For me personally I don't want to think about my diet. So I avoid carbs completely and stick to whole food animal products. As a woman this as really helped me uncomplicate my diet and weight loss

I believed this for a long time, but then as I really thought about it….i exercised a lot when I was younger. As a kid I walked everywhere. The only time I didn’t walk, I was riding my bike. For hours a day, I was riding miles on my bike. To my cousin’s house, I’d ride my bike. Then we’d ride to the park. Back to his house. To the grocery store. Back home. It added up but it was fun and part of life. That changed as an adult. I have a sedentary job and kids.

It’s VERY hard to find enough time to hit the gym 3 - 5 times a week if you have

A. Career with 10 hours a day or more!
B. Children (you want to see them)
C. Stress (find the motivation)
D. Partner (best if partner goes to the gym too)
E. Family (maybe parents are ill and need support)

It’s much easier when you’re in you are a teenager or early 20s with few or no responsibilities.

I can confirm i have fast metabolism and skinny all of my life and suddenly i gain an unhealthy amount of weight in less than a year, i am pretty sure it caused by lifestyle changes since i take medicines it could be the culprit and i seated to much as well during quarantine and sleep late, all of this i gain weight without overeating

I'm in my 70s. My metabolism is still very high. Need about 2, 500 calories a day to maintain my skinny weight. I go to the gym 4 days a week. and get HRT & peptides. for insulin resistance.
