Here is a 30 minutes Chair Yoga class that goes from the top of the head all the way to the toes. A short 30 minute class for the whole body!! This all level practice with target most of the hot spots in the body. I hope this class helps you.
Please excuse some of the recording challenges in this video. Plans don't always go as we hope for and working with is available is sometimes the best we can do.
