I started doing the Asian squat. My exercise room is upstairs. One day after doing the squat, I noticed going down stairs my knees were feeling pretty good. So now, I do the squat on most days and I can tell a big difference coming down my stairs. I love it. This video is part of my stretching routine.

My knees were causing a lot of problems. Exercises did help, but what helped most was using heat pads. I placed heat pads on my knees, under my pants, and just kept them on for 8 hours a day for a few months (careful, some brands can overheat and burn you).
It was good as new after. I keep doing stretches and exercises just in case.

Updated, after a few days of mobility moves, my knees hurt less after hours of standing and moving. Some of these moves r not easy and after slow practice, I can do just 3/5 reps pain free. But there is a vast difference in overall stability, strength and flexibility. Super workout!

Amazing how i have awful knee pain when my knee has to support my weight on the ground. After testing my mobility with your techniques i realized the root cause was how BAD my quads are! I can't even sit back on my heels like a normal person but after doing those stretches the knee pain nearly vanished! Thank you again for your information you are a life saver 🙏🏼

Your videos make so much sense! Problem is theres so many thing.... to look after all bits of bidy we'd be following your videos 20 hours a day and sleeping 4 🤦🏽‍♀️ wo der if theres a basic all over to start
