Great for Mthfr peeps like me.
I mix it with NAC, mg, taurine.. along with a few vitamins and it's a world of difference.
My job is extremely physical an I do not come home feeling like I ran a marathon any more... I'm fresh at the end of a work day.

Hi nutrition library, working on improving my total fitness and being and I'm looking into what herbal supplements to fold into my diet. I'm hearing a lot of good things about Athletic Greens and it seems to do a lot in one. This contains the Ashwagandha Root powder. The percentage is really low. do you think this would affect my building up of tolerance?

Creatine has pretty my freed me from treatment resistant depression and anxiety within 2 weeks at 3 to 5 grams per day. It's truly helped enhance my life soooo much!! 😊

There are more than two groups that benefit cognitively from creatine. Younger, Older and elderly adults.
(PubMed May 2011).
Also those that are Vegan.

Do you recommend certain dosages for the mental health benefits?

Are there any populations or conditions that should not try creatine?

Hi,
Just found your channel and have been watching your videos. Do you have any videos on TRT?
My T is extremely low and I’m contemplating starting TRT or maybe trying Tongkat Ali first.

Have you ever heard of creatine causing headaches? I'm 37 and used creatine fairly consistently from 16-30 with no issues. I quit taking creatine for no reason in particular, and have recently started to try and use it again. I've tried several times over the last couple of years, but after a couple of weeks of starting creatine I start getting persistent, daily headaches. I will wake up with a headache, and it will remain all day unless I take Tylenol or something to help. At first I thought maybe dehydration, but was slamming water and Gatorade to try to combat the headaches, but it did not help. I would stop creatine, and within a couple of days, the headaches would go away. Again, I've tried this like 5 different times with different brands of creatine and still got the headaches. It's just weird that it never bothered my in me 20's.
