Thank you Victor reminding me i used to do Yoga years ago when my kids were small .I noticed at the time how it relaxes you, also changes the way you want to eat and what you choose to eat .Yes the zen things seem to all connect like you said .Namaste ~

Victor, the organ you mentioned at 2:28 - 2:32 is called the Epiglottis.  It doesn't "constrict", it's more like the lid of a pot; it has one muscular hinge, and it lifts up to open when you breathe, and is held shut in the down position when you "hold" your breath.  The technique you then describe is done while holding the epiglottis in the "up"(open) position.  I hope this helps!  Peace

Thank you so much Victor! This is a beautiful, serene exercise even my restless ass understood&could do!I found I was able to inhale/exhale for longer&longer before pausing after only a few breaths it's a lovely, calming feeling. I felt sleepy quickly haha. Bless you for sharing✌💖

This is why I love Victor. I'd think everyone knows the info already and he keeps an open mind to help us. I do 5 5 5 -15 or 5 3 8-2 before I tune in to meditation.

Cool, I'll give this a go. I do the 4-7-8 technique almost every night before bed. I also do the ego eradicator with breath of fire and arms/thumbs up, usually for three min, every now and then.
Will add this to the repitoire.
