The girl loves a man and tells about that to her family and everyone, even the groom!! But the family doesn’t accept because of caste issues and instead forces her to accept this groom who is actually a widower and also a womaniser!! But the family insists her to marry this creepy guy just because he is of the same caste!! And hence the girl and her boyfriend elope to get married as no one is ready to accept them and on top of it trying to get her married to an old perverted widower just because he belongs to the same caste!! But the family tracks them down, brutally hits and assault the boyfriend, send him to jail and take her away back home!! There she forcefully gets married!! Here the dialogues are muted with music but when this creepy guy enters the room he makes fun of her and her boyfriend saying ‘you tried really hard but see, finally I got you and now you are all mine and I can enjoy you’ by pervertedly touching and rubbing her shoulders!! Hence her outburst!! Later her own father, the same night poisons her food and hangs her dead in the house portraying to the entire village that she committed suicide!! When the hero gets released from jail, he gets to know everything and out of rage kills this creepy guy who by the way even before dying, sarcastically and sadistically says that ‘I don’t mind dying and happy that she is dead but I just wished I got to sleep with her at least once and satiate my lust before dying’!! Later the hero confronts the father who killed her and says ‘even though I crave to kill you but I won’t as this is your punishment!! You must live the rest of your life in guilt, regret and disgust that you killed your own daughter who is a gem of a person just to satisfy your ego!! And that is the biggest punishment I give you!!’ Saying this the hero leaves from there to the place where her body is buried and cries his heart out whereas on the other hand the father after hearing to what the hero said, hangs himself and commits suicide feeling disgusted with himself!! This is the story of caste issues and honour killing!!
P.S: Now say whose life is spoiled?? She was not asked to marry him, she was forced to marry him even after she told everything to everyone and even after she left the village with her boyfriend, she was literally tracked down, dragged back and forcefully got married!! You seriously think if a person has a choice to say no and not marry, still that person would marry??!! Don’t watch just one scene that too without the dialogues and judge the whole movie!! This movie was not about showing boys in bad light!! If that was the case then even hero would have been shown as villain!! But the hero was a good man who even after knowing everything didn’t harm her father and left him to his fate!! This is about perverted people, caste issues and honour killings!! Don’t turn everything into boys and girls!! No one is showing men as bad guys!! They are showing bad guys as bad guys!! Stop being so judgmental!!
