I mean, I live in Cape Town and know about the Castle. My friends dad used to be a guard and there are also lamp like lights just floating around and the dungeon is also horribly haunted.
Did not know the mountain was haunted though and I've lived here my whole life. We hike it often and I've never heard any flutes.
