Fun fact: the first time I made gnocchi, they fell apart in the water and I didn’t try to make them again until last week, 10 years later.

The last time he used his ricer was July of 2019, KFC from stranger things was the video. The ricer may be in the same place as his food safe bucket, which has also not appeared in any video since then.

This honestly looks like the first thing you've made that I might be able to pull off in my own basic kitchen. Potatoes, flour, eggs for the gnocchi then some sauce. awesome :)

Tip: If you can't toss the pan you can optionally just stir it like a sane person.

Okay so Babish you are one of my biggest inspirations to pursue the culinary arts as a career. Proof of that is now, I'm currently panicking over poor grades in class and potentially losing my job as a cook. Just hearing the Basics theme song and remembering when I made this recipe reminded me of why I'm even doing this.
