In this video I repair my very slow filling toilet cistern fill valve for the total cost of a £1.89 SIAMP eBay replacement diaphragm and a little elbow grease.
The price of the replacement siamp diaphragm is correct at the time of publication.

Thanks for posting this... replaced the whole fill valve and float arm assembly about a year ago.. now giving me this same problem... going to replace this seal now... cheers 👍

Thanks for this, both of my toilets are suffering slow refill and looks like they're SIAMP cisterns as well so chuffed there's a potential quick fix

I have the same issue, my seal is torn too. so just ordered one. Hopefully it's a nice simple fix. Cheers for the video. Will update if it worked or not.

Great vid. Very clear. I need to order that part. But also it seems like my float was not going up with the water line (I used a watering can to fill the tank) but it only moves when I push it. Any ideas or other videos on this?
