I have done the Ketogenic diet for the last year and I am no longer taking my Testosterone shots. My T is now normal without it. Also off my Metformin and blood pressure medicine.

I tell people( only after they ask) how I keep my weight in check. After I give them details, they lose interest because they LOVE donuts and beer and macaroni and cheese. So sad. I am 57 and drive a forklift 10 to 12 hours a day. Most people I started working with 6 years ago look like round balls sitting on their lifts. I am actually 15 pounds lighter now (160 lbs) than when I started 6 years ago. Not bragging, keto/ carnivore is the "magic key"!

I'm really glad that I came across this video. Though I wasn't totally on a plant based diet, I thought that it was the best way to go, especially with people like me with higher LDL cholesterol levels. The high popularity a plant based diet has to be why there are so many feminine males in this country.
