I just saw my optometrist yesterday.
OD -4.5 +3.0 029
OS -3.0 +1.5 095
My right eye got significantly worse since my last visit, and I feared it was due to macular degeneration, which I was diagnosed with back in 2019. However, the doctor said it was the astigmatism that got worse. When I asked what may have caused it, he just shrugged.

Is there anything that could stabilize this, like the lutein and AREDS I take for macular degeneration? It's the 3rd time in 4 years that my vision changed drastically enough to require new glasses, and I can't afford to replace my glasses this frequently. (American health insurances notoriously don't like to cover eye, dental, or mental health... or any health costs, actually.)
